Marina Banner - Executive Director of Vestia
In addition to her role as Executive Director of Vestia Community Trust, Marina is Director of Corporate Services for our parent company, The Community Housing Group.
Marina's career in housing spans 30 years and has involved working in some of the most challenging areas of the district. Marina was the first person to receive a personal Ambassador of Excellence Award from Midlands Excellence 2001. In this role, she has supported a number of statutory, voluntary and private sector organisations to improve their businesses.
Marina is responsible for business planning, securing funding and meeting The Community Housing Group's targets and aspirations for sustainable communities.

Nick Parker - Vestia Executive Manager
Nick has worked in public, private and voluntary sectors specialising in housing management, regeneration, including support services including Family Support. Between 2003 and 2012, Nick managed a Neighbourhood Management Pathfinder in Wyre Forest and was a member of the Department for Communities and Local Government Working Group looking at Neighbourhood Management.
He has been with The Community Housing Group since 2014 and with Vestia since it was formed.

Karen Lowry-Hall – Learning and Development Manager
Karen is a qualified Learning and Development practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in both private and public sector organisations.
In 2011, she graduated with a Level 7 in Human Resources Management with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and in 2014, she won West Midlands National Apprenticeship Service Apprentice Champion Award and went onto win a Highly Commended at the National finals.
Karen’s role includes managing the Vestia Training team and the Group’s award winning Apprenticeship programme.

Richard Mettrick – BBO3 Service Delivery Manager
Richard has over nine years experience in Employment Services, previously working for the DWP in a variety of operational and strategic roles. He has extensive knowledge of the Welfare to Work sector and is passionate about the difference employment can make to communities and peoples lives.
Richard manages the Building Better Opportunities 3 project, which includes supporting the Groups Welfare Reform programme.

Carrie-ann Carroll – BBO Service Delivery Manager
Carrie is an experienced compliance and quality auditor with over 13 years’ knowledge of the education and training sector.
With a varied background in external funding Carrie is able to implement and monitor successful quality and compliance systems to satisfy external contract requirements.
Carrie’s role includes managing the Building Better Opportunities (BBO2) project for Vestia and the external partners associated with this.
